Mindful Moment w/ Bo™

Hi Beautiful,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits.

Right now, it’s 10:13 p.m., and the world around me is still, except for the hum of my fan. I used to carve out time to sit in silence every day, but somewhere along the way, I strayed from that practice. I think it’s time to return, if silence will have me.

Silence is often associated with punishment, awkwardness, or grief, so much so that we sometimes forget how calming, peaceful, healing, and powerful it can be.

When was the last time you intentionally sat in complete silence?

What led you there?

What came up for you in that space?

How might you invite more of it into your life?

And if you haven’t had any silent time recently, can you pause, just for a minute, right now?

If not, what’s holding you back?

These mindful moments have been helping me slow down and return to what matters most: creative expression, meaningful time with family, and intentional organization.

I hope you’re able to find a moment of mindfulness today, even just one breath, one pause. It matters more than we think.
