Bo Be Readin’

I read this book and completed the fast this summer (July 21–August 10). And listen, I highly recommend it if you want to be called out about your spending. LOL.

No, seriously if you want to plan better for your financial future, this book could be really helpful. It’s Christian-based, and I appreciated how she cites the Bible as an official source throughout. Even if you’re not religious (or practice a different faith), I think there’s still a lot you could gain from it, but of course, that’s for you to decide based on your comfort level.

My personal goal is to do this fast, or some version of it, quarterly. Maybe I’ll talk more about my relationship with money in an upcoming issue. For now, I’ll just say this: BUY THE BOOK.

I’ll be doing another fast in November (11/2–11/22, to be exact). If you’d like to join me, shoot me an email and buy (or borrow) the book. We can set up a little support group, and I’ll link my video journal from this summer so you can see me go through it the first time for extra encouragement.

More recommendations are on the way, because one thing about me—
